Leslie Perkins and her two-year-old daughter walk the streets of Hunting Creek everyday.
"She wants to get out sometimes to walk outside the stroller. I tell her she can't because there's too many cars."
Too many cars like the one we caught on camera going way too fast through stop signs.
"I'm late for work." Explains the driver.
"He didn't even slow down, he just went right on up."
Neighbor Joe Howell says he sees it every morning.
"Yeah it makes me mad, I fought to get those signs up there!"
But, the complaints keep coming into the Warren County Sheriff's Department.
Deputy Alexander says many times CALLERS are actually the ones breaking the law.
"I usually come to a complete stop but I have griped several times about people not stopping at that sign, I guess I got caught today."
One of the drivers we caught didn't want to be identified but she's not the only one in her neighborhood breaking the law.
"I pay attention I see it too sometimes you just fail to stop."
Chris Lewis explains why he didn't stop yesterday afternoon.
"Something gonna have to be done, someone gonna get killed." (Joe Howell)
Which is why Leslie Perkins isn't risking it on her daughter's daily walk.
"If you notice I didn't go to that intersection for that reason it's actually shorter for me to go that direction but I intentionally go the long way to avoid intersection it is dangerous."
For drivers trying to save a few minutes, could end up costing you almost $160!
"You're not saving a lot of time you're risking people when trying to save extra seconds by running the stop sign." (Leslie Perkins)
