Is there an update on this yet? I understand that Roberts was already on probation for something else. While I feel bad for his elderly infirm mother, I think the charge should have been vehicular homocide. No more diversion and probation. He can't bring the boy back. My regards to the loved ones of the victim.

My heart goes out to the family for the loss of their dear son. No parent should have to bury their child!!! Exspecially at the hands of a DRUNK DRIVER!!! Justice must be served!!

I am very sorry for the family of Marricus Cox, for the loss of their loved one. It looks like WBKO would have someone proof something like this before it is posted. It would show a little respect for his family.
