Zap is a Fake, 1 year later and all we have heard about these people is about the FRAUD they have committed. Here it is a year later they say they are waiting for govt to supply them with the Bulk of their Seed money??? Yet they only have 40M of some other peoples $$$ & 160M of Govt $$$. Don't think the govt goes into those type deals. Doesn't sound like they have any money at risk plus they have no expertise running a factory. Enough holes in this setup to make swiss cheese.
This ZAP plant is generating a lot of interest in the general populace both because of the new jobs that will be coming to the area as also because this is an exciting new technology; electric powered vehicles, which people are finding very fascinating.
