GLASGOW, KY (WBKO) -- The investigation phase into a home invasion at 115 C Olivia Drive that caused serious injury to the resident, Brandon Harper on February 27, 2014, has ended with warrants being served on 3 subjects, who through the course of the investigative efforts of Detective Lt. Jimmy Phelps and Detective Aaron Cowan, all admitted their involvement.
Stewart W. Hodges, 31, of Glasgow, Adam Bryant, 36, of Edmonton, and Roxanne Whitlow, 32, also of Edmonton, are charged with kidnapping, 1st degree assault, 1st degree burglary, and tampering with physical evidence.
A second home invasion on Whitney Woods Road in the county, took place the following day, with similarities to the one on Olivia Drive. Sheriff’s Department Detectives Ann Phelps and Rusty Anderson, and the Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, brought their forces together in collaboration, thus establishing a connection between the two incidents, ultimately resulting in the admission from the suspects and their subsequent charges.

All three subjects are currently lodged in the Barren County Detention Center on probation violation charges, stemming from incidents not related to these cases.
