Some overstuffed piggy banks are being put to good use. Students at one area elementary school have been pinching their pennies to raise money for the Commonwealth Health Free Clinic.
Tuesday, the clinic treated the students to lunch and gave them a tour of the clinic to show their appreciation. The students have raised more than $1,100. The clinic plans to use the money to serve more patients that are in need of health care.
