A grand jury in Selmer, Tennessee indicts the wife of a slain preacher.
The grand jury returned a first-degree murder indictment against Mary Winkler Monday.
The indictment states Winkler is accused of killing her husband Matthew Winkler with pre-meditation.
But it doesn't offer any other details of the March 22 killing.
The minister's body was found after he didn't show up for an evening service.
The next day, Mary Winkler was found in Orange Beach, Alabama with the couple's young daughters.
The children are now in the custody of their paternal grandparents.
