A lawyer is citing a law against illegal gambling devices in a move to block online casinos in Kentucky.

Lexington attorney William C. Hurt, Jr. said online casinos domain names can be seized.

He contends they are illegal gambling devices.

Kentucky filed a lawsuit last month asking to gain state control of 141 online gambling web sites.

Lawyers for online gaming say seizing domain names would be unconstitutional, because they are not devices.
