Up to 100 new jobs will be coming to south central Kentucky.

Perot Systems just announced they're expanding their Bowling Green location.

The company provides information technology services, and business solutions, to healthcare customers throughout the country.

Service desk manager, Lynda Gera says with Bowling Green Technical College and Western Kentucky University, there's a lot of technically-inclined people but not a lot of jobs for them.

Gera says this expansion will help change that.

"We were really excited to find out there are a lot of skilled people here and that's a lot of the reason why we came here. We looked at the opportunity that we had."

This expansion will bring the total number of employees with Perot Systems to 300.
