A Bowling Green man is acquitted of child pornography charges.
A federal jury deliberated approximately two hours today before finding 46-year-old Barry Flora not guilty. He was facing two counts of receiving child pornography over the Internet.
According to Flora's indictment, the charges stemmed from June 18th and September 2 of 2004.
If convicted, Flora could have faced no less than five years on both counts, up to a $250,000 fine and supervised release for life.
