A Lewisburg man on Kentucky's 10 most wanted list was captured in Alabama.
Forty-two-year-old Guy Hanley was located early Friday morning. Kentucky State Police say Hanley was indicted by a Logan County grand jury back in February, but fled the state before he could be arrested.
Hanley is charged with two counts of knowingly abusing an adult and one count of exploiting an adult. He allegedly drained the bank accounts of his two aunts of more than $350,000 while they were in his care.
He is also a person of interest in the investigation of his aunt Essie Hanley's death.
Essie Hanley's body has been exhumed for an autopsy and the results are confidential at this time. Guy's father, 82-year-old Lannie Hanley, was located with his son.
Lannie Hanley had been reported missing last month and will return to Kentucky with no pending charges. Guy Hanley is awaiting extradition from the Cherokee County, Alabama jail.
