Sesame Street and Military Families

Sesame Street is helping military parents talk to their children about going overseas.
The Producers of the children's show have come out with a DVD that shows "Elmo" and his parents preparing for Elmo's Dad to be deployed.
The DVD also addresses a child's mixed feelings when the parent returns.
Elmo says his tummy does flip-flops.
Fort Campbell Family Coordinator, Karla Sketch says parents often request coloring books and other material to help discuss a soldier's absence with a child.
She says many parents are afraid of saying the wrong thing or frightening their children.
