A car accident Saturday night in Butler County leaves one dead.
Forty-three year old Timothy Porter was traveling northbound on KY 403 around 8:15 Saturday night, approximately two miles south of Morgantown.
Kentucky State Police say Porter's car dropped off the northbound shoulder of the roadway, where he then overcorrected crossing the southbound lane and leaving the roadway.
Once off the roadway, police say the car overturned, ejecting Porter outside the window.
Porter was not wearing a seatbelt.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
