The Institute for Combustion Science and Environment Technology held a grand opening for the Thermal Analysis Lab in its new location at WKU's Center for Research and Development.
The laboratory was first started in 1986 and has many uses in physical and chemical services such as Rheology and evolved gas analysis.
"We work with all the local company like Bendo and detergent company. All these are our customers. Other than Kentucky, we have 300 different companies around the United States in 33 different states notes," Dr. Wei-Ping Pan said.
The thermal lab is the latest addition, along with the combustion lab the center has also opened.
