Another suspect has pleaded not guilty in the killing of a Long Island attorney who authorities say was targeted by his business partner.
Donovan Raysor was arraigned on first-degree murder charges Tuesday in the October death of James DiMartino.
The lawyer was shot outside a restaurant. Prosecutors allege that business partner Ronald Thornton enlisted Raysor's girlfriend and another man for $8,000.
The girlfriend, 19-year-old exotic dancer Monique Randall, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. She is cooperating with prosecutors in exchange for a lighter sentence.
Raysor, Thornton and the third man, Darnell Festus, are being held without bail. Their attorneys all insist they are not guilty.
