Police stopped a car driven by 33-year-old Jason L. Stephenson for not having his rear license plate illuminated.

They discovered he had originally given them his brother's name, was operating on a suspended license, possessed marijuana, cocaine, Lortab, and drug paraphernalia, and had tampered with physical evidence.

He was also wanted by the FBI in Detroit, Mich., for assault with intent to commit murder. He’s in the Warren County Jail on a $500,000 bond.

Trinity C. Burns, 27, was in the car with Stephenson. She is charged with trafficking in cocaine and Lortab, and tampering with physical evidence. She's been released to her mother on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
