Mickey Mosher Indicted

A Logan County Grand Jury has charged 54-year-old Mickey L. Mosher of Evansville, Ind., with one count of first-degree assault, four counts of wanton endangerment, two counts of manslaughter, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Prosecutors say Mosher killed 57-year-old auto and motorcycle dealer Cornelius Martin and 51-year-old Hancock Bank and Trust chairman Alton "Brooks" Mitchell on June 3, 2006.

Police have said the men died after an oncoming truck crossed the center line and struck the motorcycles they were riding on Ky. 79 in Logan County.

A third rider, 61-year-old Charles Leachman, of Bowling Green, lost a leg from the crash and underwent several surgeries.

A fourth rider, Lloyd Ferguson, owner of Vette City Liquors, was uninjured.
