A minister's wife charged with killing her husband will remain in jail after problems were discovered with her bonding company.
Mary Winkler is charged with killing her husband, Matthew Winkler, with a shotgun while he was in bed.
According to her defense attorney Winkler was expected to be released Friday but Judge Weber Mccraw was informed that her bond company Williams Bail Bond had been suspended over a 1999 incident.
Officials with Williams Bail Bond hope to try to resolve any disputes and work toward a deal for Winkler's release next week.
