Charges have been upgraded against an Indiana woman who's accused in the death of two Bowling Green businessmen.
A Logan County grand jury has charged 54-year-old Mickey Mosher with two counts of wanton murder, one count of first degree assault, four counts of wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Auto dealer Cornelius Martin and bank chairman Brooks Mitchell were killed in June on Kentucky Highway 79 in Logan County.
Police say Mosher's truck crossed the center line and hit the motorcycles they were riding
A third rider, Charles Leachman, was injured in the crash.
