The charges of fourth degree assault Vito Tisdale and his spouse, Erica Cherry, filed against each other in April, were dismissed in Warren District Court Monday. Tisdale and Cherry decided not to pursue the charges, so Judge Joann Coleman dismissed them on the condition there be no more violence.
Tisdale and other band members formed "Nappy Roots" while they were WKU students in the early 90's.
