Responding to a drunk driver call, Bowling Green police say they found two men in a blue Camaro that nearly hit two parked cars in the Walgreen's parking lot. While they had the driver restrained outside the car, they saw the passenger put a baggie of an unknown substance in his mouth. As they attempted to get the baggie out of the man's mouth, the driver took off running and got away.
The passenger is in the Medical Center, but had no identification on him, so police don't know who he is. They did find meth, meth-making material, a handgun, and money in the Camaro. Last April, Christopher Black of Bowling Green died after ingesting a large amount of meth when he was stopped by Sheriff's Deputies.
