Corvette Caravan Rolls Into Franklin

A caravan of Corvette cars and owners from all across the country made the short drive down I-65 to Franklin Wednesday night for a movie at the Franklin Drive-In.

The Corvette has been around since the early 50's, and the drive-in has been a Franklin fixture since the mid 60's. Drive-In owner Larry Forshee says he has had lots of tour groups in before, but never one of just corvette owners, and said he welcomed the car collectors with open arms.

Last night's featured movie was The Incredible Hulk, which, like the cars that sat in front of the screen, is a classic.
