Bogus Lottery

Samuel Escobar and his wife purchased a lottery ticket in Nashville. They mailed the ticket in because they thought it was a winner.

Then a few weeks later Escobar and his wife received a letter saying they won over $700,000 from a lottery in Madrid, Spain. But it turned out to be a scam wanting them to pay $1,400. Escobar wants residents to beware so they will not become a victim.
