As authorities continue their investigation into a Monroe county bank robbery, new details are released about the suspect in yesterday's crime.

Police received a call around 9 a.m. yesterday, after a man entered the South Central Bank of Gamaliel saying he was armed with a gun.

The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a white male in his late 20's, with a thin build, and light eyes.

He was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, dark jacket, and snow gloves.

Police are currently searching for a green, 1998 Nissan Frontier.
