Kentuckians seem to be loosing the battle of the bulge.
A report released by Trust for America's Health says one in four Kentuckians is obese.
The report showed 31 states increased in obesity in the last year.
Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, West Virginia, and Louisiana are the states with the highest obesity levels.
The report says this is costing the health care industry billions of dollars each year.
Trust for America says the government should do a better job of providing the public with places to walk or bike.
