Farming Delays

After many days of rain, farmers are behind schedule and hoping dry weather will soon be in our forecast.

Typically during this time of year many farmers are finished cutting wheat and getting ready to plant other crops. But with the wet weather lately, farmers do not have the dry crops and land they need to work.

Farmer J.T. Robertson of Simpson County hopes he'll have a good soybean crop to make-up for his loss with the wheat crop but he says that all depends on when things will dry up.
