Hundreds of area children are taking trips across the country but not by car or plane but by book. The Bowling Green Public Library is encouraging children to explore our country from their hometown library.
The theme of the program is READiscover America. Library officials are encouraging kids to keep reading even though school is out. As children read more books the move via map across America. They also receive prizes on their way.
