Twenty-four-year-old Caleb Sawicki of Franklin had his case bound over to the Grand Jury Tuesday. He's accused of strangling 24-year-old Larry R. Freeman at a home on Johnson Street in early June.
Sawiki posted 10-percent of his $50,000 bond.
