Ice Storm Forces Many to Shelters in Ohio County

I am a state worker in Ohio co doing food stamps and medicaid. Our office has no electric which means no computers or phone. We have no windows. With no cell service or landlines how are we suppose to know when to go to work? I feel frantic.
This has been the worse ice storm that I can remember.I've been iN ohio co 19 years.The last couple of days everybody in hartford and beverdam has being driving to cromwell market for gas and kersene.I never in my life seen so many people.All the other stores had no power for a couple of days.Cromwell market had to shut the doors yesterday at 3:OO The store had run out of fuel and kersene.Pretty scary situation.
