Lujauna Wilcher says she will resign Sept. 30, 2006, and return to private law practice and consulting with English, Lucas, Priest and Owsley here in Bowling Green. She also wants to devote more time to her Scuffle Hill Farm in Alvaton, Ky.

Governor Fletcher announced Teresa J. Hill, currently the vice-chairman of the Kentucky Public Service Commission, to succeed Wilcher as the new secretary of EPPC. Hill is originally from Corbin, Ky.
