On June 1, 1981 after first being produced in Flint, Mich., and then St. Louis, Mo., the first Chevrolet Corvette rolled off the line in Bowling Green, Ky. Twenty-five years later, America’s automotive icon continues being build in this world-famous plant along with the most recent addition – the Cadillac XLR.
