Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Officers arrested Arthur "Woody" Pulliam last week in the city limits of Munfordville.
He was charged with attempting to purchase a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Pulliam was taken to the Hart County Jail and released on a $25,000 unsecured bond.
