Fletcher Accused of "Wrongdoing"

Governor Fletcher is arguing that he did not personally acknowledge wrongdoing in a deal with prosecutors.

Last month a special judge approved a deal between prosecutors and Fletcher’s attorneys. The governor signed an agreement that said the state prosecutors’ evidence strongly indicates wrongdoing and that his administration’s actions were inappropriate.

However recent court papers filed on Fletcher’s behalf called the agreement a generalized statement in which he did not acknowledge involvement or responsibility.
