A third person has been charged in connection with the death 2 1/2 months ago of a central Kentucky gate company employee.
Kentucky State Police say detectives arrested 53-year-old Anthony L. Byrd of Dunnville in Casey County on Tuesday after he was indicted on a charge of facilitation to commit murder and hindering prosecution. The charges stem from the death Sept. 26 of Wendall "Gleason" Pyles.
In October, police arrested William "Bobby" R. Rigdon on a murder charge and 59-year-old David Salyers of Elk Horn on a charge of complicity to commit murder.
Police say Pyles was shot and killed while working at Tarter Gate Co. in Dunnville.
Investigators expect more arrests in the case.
