Lt. Gov. Steve Henry Recovering After Successful Operation

After a three-hour operation, Lt. Gov. Steve Henry has completed his surgery and the successful removal of his prostate gland Thursday at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.

Henry announced he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer at a news conference at the capitol building Tuesday.

Henry will remain in care for an estimated three to four days, and should be able to resume activities within a few weeks.
