Warren County Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, Chris Cohron, has filed notice of his intent to seek Life Without Parole for Jamin Roberson and Trion Shannon.

Both teenagers face charges in relation to the murder of Hal Dujuan Holder during the burglary of his apartment last February.

Cohron says Holder's family has asked him not to seek the death penalty for the two men in the case.
