MADISONVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- A grand jury has indicted a magistrate in western Kentucky on more sex charges.
The Messenger of Madisonville reports that Hopkins County Magistrate J. Wesley Lynn was indicted Monday on charges of rape, sodomy and sex abuse. The 40-year-old Lynn already was facing charges of sexual abuse and harassment.
Lynn's attorney, Rudy Thomas, said Tuesday that he had not seen the indictment and could not comment.
Special prosecutor Lynn Pryor says the alleged victims were patients at a hospital emergency room where Lynn used to work as a paramedic.
