Bowling Green Police responded to an apparent drive-by shooting at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday, at lot 237 of Skyline Village mobile home park. Witnesses say a dark, late model SUV drove up, one or more occupants got out and fired several shots in the trailer, then got back in the SUV and left.

Police say a woman and two men were in the trailer at the time. The woman, 26-year-old Theresa Cobb, was struck once, and was in stable condition in the Medical Center Wednesday afternoon. Her wound is not thought to be life-threatening.

Police were also called to Skyline Village last Saturday, when a man allegedly shot the father of his grandchildren, after he had reportedly spanked one of them.
