A federal grand jury indicts a student of the Great Onyx Job Corps at Mammoth Cave National Park, charging him with arson. Eighteen-year-old Nathanual Fouch of Louisville is accused of willfully and maliciously conspiring with another person to try to set fire to a structure at Mammoth Cave National Park July 19.
If convicted, Fouch could get up to 25 years in prison, and fined up to $250,000 or the cost of replacing or repairing the property, whichever is greater.
