A Larue County teacher charged with DUI after collapsing in front of her classroom, will stand trial in Barren County, for previous drunk driving offenses.
Forty-seven-year-old Robin Owsley, appeared in Barren Circuit Court earlier this week, in reference to a fourth DUI she received in January. During the hearing the judge revoked Owsley’s bond and her jury trial remains scheduled for November 17th. Owsley is also facing drunk driving charges in Larue County, stemming from August 21st.
School officials say Owsley collapsed in a classroom in front of ten students. She was arraigned on those charges last week and will be back in Larue District Court on October 4th.
