Kenergy electric cooperative says 45-hundred customers lost power. But nearly half have been restored, with most of the remaining outages in Daviess County.

State police dispatcher Shari Clapp says weather spotters in Livingston County reported three unconfirmed sightings of tornadoes near the Ohio River.
