ComAir Flight 5191 Co-Pilot Released From Hospital

James Polehinke was the ComAir plane's co-pilot.

Polehinke's mother says she thinks it's too soon for her son to be released, but he was eager to get out of the hospital.

Since the August 27 crash, Polehinke has undergone several surgeries and had his leg amputated.

Federal investigators say Polehinke was piloting the plane when it attempted to take off from a runway that was too short.
