Former Russellville Resident Sentenced On Child Pornography Charges
Forty-year-old Kevin Wayne Cain, who now lives in McKee in Jackson county, was sentenced to three years in jail.

A former Russellville man is sentenced in Logan Circuit Court for using the internet to induce a minor into sexual activity, and of possessing child pornography.
Forty-year-old Kevin Wayne Cain, who now lives in McKee in Jackson county, was sentenced to three years in jail.
Under the agreement, he will serve 60 days in jail, then be under supervised probation for five years.
He must also register as a sex offender for 20 years.
Cain had pleaded guilty to the charges December 4th.
