it's good that he was at least sentenced to some jail and has lengthy probation. these cases are tough to prosecute and get any substantial jail time. kudos to the team handling this case. hopefully by working as hard as they did, mr. cain has finally learned a lesson.
I think that this is a very light sentence. How is it that someone can commit a crime like this and only serve 60 days in jail? It's not justice being served.
