Around 70-percent of Western families have one thing in common, they have children who attend Western's Childcare Center, or are employed there.
Some parents have double duty, as they attend Western and work at the center, like Michelle Dukes. Dukes says that she enjoys being able to be with her daughter all day and getting to see all of her big moments, like her first step.
The center serves families from the time of pregnancy to children up to age five. They are taught a variety of educational skills, such as health and nutrition.
