A 20 year-old murder trial breaks for the weekend.
Today, jurors heard more testimony in the rape and murder of Corina Mullen.
Twenty-year-old Mullen was killed nearly 22 years ago.
In October of 1987, police discovered her body in the trunk of her car.
Mullen's boyfriend, Jimmie Springer, was originally charged but acquitted in 1988.
A state police detective took over the case in 2006.
He brought new evidence that led to the arrest of former Central City police officer Billy Fields, Jeff Boyd, and Jimmie Cramer.
The trial will resume Monday morning at 9.
Court officials expect it to last another full week.
