In federal court today, U.S. Magistrate Robert Goebel released David Meadows to the custody of his 86-year-old mother in Whitley City, Ky.
Meadows is the pastor of Park City United Methodist Church who was arrested last week on charges of exchanging child pornography on the internet.
Among the long list of conditions to Meadows' bond are a 6 p.m. curfew, electronic monitoring, avoiding any contact with anyone under 18 years of age, no computer access of any kind, he must get a job, and he must submit to random drug testing.
Federal authorities said they found explicit pornographic images involving children in Meadows' nightstand, in his desk and on his computer.
