Warren County Sheriff's office deputies are asking for the public's help in gathering information regarding some pit bull dogs abandoned in Bowling Green.
Wednesday, officers received an anonymous phone call that a female pit bull and puppies had been left with no food or water.
Deputies found five full grown dogs and eight puppies in the 1700 block of Will Bohanon Road.
They were all malnourished and left without food and water for a couple of days.
The animals are now in the care of the Bowling Green-Warren County Humane Society.
Deputies are searching for the owner.
Anyone with information is asked to call Deputy Robert Boyden at 270-842-1633.
