A Western Kentucky mother and her boyfriend, who were once at the center of a nation wide amber alert, have been indicted for the killing of a social worker.
Renee Terrell and Christopher Luttrell, both of Henderson, Ky., are accused of killing Boni Frederick on Oct. 16, 2006.
Frederick had taken Terrell's son, nine month old Saige, to visit the mother who didn't have custody. Police said Terrell and Luttrell killed Frederick during the visit and took her jewelry, money and vehicle. Police also said the couple kidnapped the baby before fleeing. Terrell and Luttrell were found three days later in Godfrey, Ill.
The boy was unharmed and is back with his foster parents.
