Seems like the law in Butler county is harder on drug and alcohol offenders than murderers. Drug offenders get more prison time. Tim coleman and Dortch should be on trial for this injustice.
From what I hear, they all are gonna face some "street justice". It's a shame you can turn evidence and get full immunity for participating in a murder. 85% of 13 years is only about 11 years. I've seen people get more jail time than that for drug possession.
i think david gayla and the rest of them should go throw what she did its only right
Yes, Tim Coleman and Judge Dortch should step down.
JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN THE BUTLER COUNTY AREA. THERE WAS ENOUGH EVIDENCE JUST NO ONE TO ENFORCE THE LAW!!!! HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE DEATH PENALTY AND THE OTHERS WITH HIM!!!!!!!SHE WAS KILLED IN A VERY BRUTAL MANNER!!!
i think that it is a shame that dennis childers got only 13 yrs., and, yes... it was murder. the man confessed for crying out loud. there is no justice.
What is wrong with picture? What was Dortch thinking? What was Coleman thinking? No wonder we have the crime rate that we have, no one is there to stand up for the victoms. May be time for both of them to step down?????
