Kentucky State Police said a grand jury will decide if an Ohio County High School teacher should be charged with assault.
Police have been investigating a reported altercation between teacher, Bruce Raley and student, Brock Embry. The incident reportedly happened over a banana.
KSP Public Affairs officer, Mark Applin told the Ohio County Times that once interviews are completed the case will be taken to the grand jury.
The grand jury will decide if there is enough evidence to charge Raley with assault in the fourth degree.
